Baking and cake decorating have been my lifelong dream for as long as I can remember. Some of my sweetest memories are of my maternal Tata visiting and bringing Mexican sweet bread. My favorite was always the cupcake with the red liner ❤️

Today, I’m beyond excited to finally be starting my own business. With over 15 years of experience, I know it’s time. I attended Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale — and while school was fun (and expensive!), my greatest lessons came from working alongside some truly incredible chefs throughout my culinary journey.

I’ve worked as a line cook, lead cook, and prep cook, gaining experience across the kitchen — but my heart has always belonged to pastry.

I’m looking forward to this new chapter with gratitude and excitement. Because once you realize you don’t need a special occasion to buy a cake… the second part of your life begins 🎂✨
